- FORMAT: Sessions can be held online (Zoom) or in person (Limassol).
- TIME: Standard sessions are 50-60 min long.

- CANCELLATIONS: Notify at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of a full session.
